Our client is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join their mobile allied health team across Brisbane. This is a great opportunity if you want genuine flexibility, autonomy and choice over the type of OT work you do. You will be joining a clinician-led, mobile allied health provider that is run by health professionals, with a strong focus on sustainable workloads, achievable KPIs and keeping clinicians long-term. This is not a clinic-based role. You will deliver therapy in the community, supporting clients in their homes and everyday environments across NDIS, aged care, home care, paediatrics and adult disability. The key difference? You can choose the caseload that suits you. Whether you want to focus fully on paediatrics, work with adults, build a community aged care caseload or keep things varied with a mixed caseload, our client can shape the role around your clinical strengths and interests. This could be: Full paediatrics Adult NDIS Community aged care Home care A mixed lifespan caseload Or a tailored mix across NDIS, aged care and community clients Rather than being placed into a set caseload, our client will work with you to understand the type of work you enjoy, the clients you want to support and the clinical areas you want to grow in. Depending on your preferences, you may support clients with: Functional Capacity Assessments Assistive Technology Home modifications Falls prevention and safety assessments Daily living skills Capacity building Paediatric therapy Adult disability support Aged care assessments Therapy in homes and community environments This role would suit an Occupational Therapist who wants proper autonomy, a flexible mobile role and the ability to do the kind of OT work they actually enjoy.
